I called this phone number on a Tuesday night, out of the blue, sobbing, after I accidentally put down the wrong kind of finish on 1/2 the floor (2nd coat) in a bedroom that I sanded myself. He didn't know me from Adam, just that he had a crazy lady on the phone who could hardly talk from crying. He was so nice and calmed me down and patiently explained step by step exactly what to do. He said to just stop for the night, get some rest... just what I wanted to hear!
When it is time to do the rest of my house, I will be calling Hardwood Refinishers to do it because this is NOT a job to do yourself. Thank you sooo much !!!!
