Complete Sanding using 40 grit, 60 grit and 80 grit sanding pads
Dust collection using a vacuum and tack cloth
Stain (optional and at no additional cost) 
Debris collection using tack cloth after stain has dried
Universal Sealer
Top coat of Polyurethane Finish
Abrade
Third coat of Polyurethane Finish - Oil Base final coat
Fourth coat of Polyurethane Finish - Water Base final coat

Screening and re-coating with and without sanding

Not Happy with the color of your floors or they are just DULL or have a few minor scratches?

Floors can be screened and coated through the traditional screening or refinished without sanding. So instead of a complete  sand and refinish, floors that are worn, prefinished or hazy can be brought back to life and have a beautiful appearance once again at nearly half the cost of traditional hardwood floor refinishing.
